Golden Sunset reception package
  • Afternoon reception (before 3:30 p.m.): $70 per person
  • Evening reception: $80 per person

You can choose to dine in a banquet or buffet style. Create your own banquet menu from the options below, or choose one of our variety of complete buffet menus.

Golden Sunset: Create Your Own Banquet

Choose two display hors d’oeuvres for your guests:

  • Tortilla Chips with Salsa Fresca and Guacamole
  • Grilled Vegetable Antipasto with Roasted Peppers and Artichokes
  • Sliced Fresh Fruits with a Fresh Mint and Honey Yogurt Sauce
  • Imported and Domestic Cheeses with Assorted Bread and Crackers
  • Teriyaki Chicken Skewers with Thai Peanut Sauce
  • Deluxe Vegetable Crudité with Avocado Ranch and Onion Dip

Choose two passed hors d’oeuvres for your guests:

  • Grilled Zucchini with Garlic Herb Cheese
  • Petite Crab Cakes with Spicy Mustard Sauce
  • Seared Ahi Tuna on Fried Won Ton with Tropical Fruit and Wasabi
  • Petit Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon
  • Chive and Crab Salad in New Potato
  • Spinach and Feta Turnovers

Choose one first course selection for your guests:

  • Abalone Clam Chowder
  • Lobster Bisque with Crème Frâiche and Chive
  • Cream of Asparagus Soup
  • Mixed Greens with Lemon-Balsamic Vinaigrette, Herb Croutons, Tomato, Parmesan, Beets, & Cucumber
  • Caesar Salad with Garlic Crostini, Tomato, Kalamata Olive, and Blue Cheese
  • Spinach Salad with Smoked Bacon, Tomato, Couscous, Feta, and Greek Kalamata Vinaigrette

Your guests can choose from three entrées:

  • Sea Bass with Butternut Risotto, Red Bell Pepper Coulis, Herb Butter, Cabbage and Carrot
  • Filet Mignon with Currant and Wild Mushroom Duxelle, Roasted Garlic Potato Gratin and Vegetable
  • Chicken Breast in Citrus Marinade, served with Caramelized Sweet Peppers, Mashed Red Potato, Tomatillo Beurre Blanc, Feta and Spinach
  • Greek Shrimp served over Orzo Pilaf with Fresh Oregano, Tomato, Red Onion, Garlic, Kalamata Olive, Marinated Artichoke, Feta, and Cream Sherry
