- Afternoon reception (before 3:30 p.m.): $55 per person

Silver Sky: Create Your Own Banquet
Choose two display hors d’oeuvres for your guests:
- Tortilla Chips with Salsa Fresca and Guacamole
- Grilled Vegetable Antipasto with Roasted Peppers and Artichokes
- Sliced Fresh Fruits with a Fresh Mint and Honey Yogurt Sauce
- Teriyaki Chicken Skewers with Thai Peanut Sauce
- Deluxe Vegetable Crudité with Avocado Ranch and Onion Dip
Choose two passed hors d'oeuvres for your guests:
- Grilled Zucchini with Garlic Herb Cheese
- Four Cheese Pizza Tartlets made with Puff Pastry
- Mushroom Caps stuffed with Crab or Andouille Sausage
- Chive and Crab Salad in Phyllo Cups
- Spinach and Feta Turnovers
